Our Story

In 1999, Scott Rardin purchased his first McDonald's restaurant in Fort Meade. What began with one restaurant has grown into 38 locations across Maryland, thanks to an incredible team dedicated to serving our guests and supporting one another. Today, The Rardin Companies continues to grow by investing in our people, strengthening our communities, and creating opportunities for future leaders.
